Oh… My… Goodness.
So someone in my Facebook group was looking for some -slap yo momma so good- vegan desserts and I quickly ran upstairs and made this so she didn’t have to suffer one more minute without this mousse in her life. ❤
So to start this isn’t like dairy mousse this is actually good for you! If you want to use that as an excuse to eat it for breakfast that’s cool with me. (I do too)
Let’s get started:
You’re going to need:
- 1 ripe avocado
- Half of a ripe banana
- 3 tablespoons of Cocoa powder
- 6 teaspoons of Coconut sugar
- Blender (ninja, vitamix doesn’t matter)
Cut your avocado in half take the pit out and use your knife to slice cubes in the shell, scoop the cubes out with a spoon and put them in the blender.
Coconut sugar does not dissolve easily like white sugar so here’s my secret trick:
Add this to your blender and blend on high.
This is what your delicious mousse will look like. You may need to get some stray pieces of banana or avocado from the sides and blend again to make sure you’ve got it all.
