Spaghetti and tofu. 

Sometimes I get so hungry I can’t make up my mind on any one thing to eat!

So I eat it all. 👍

This is crispy fried tofu with salt and pepper, brown rice and seaweed noodles with tomato sauce and steamed veggies.

Crispy fried tofu: 

I used light firm tofu and dried the slices with a paper towel.

A tablespoon of Nutiva shortening in a small pan.

+ salt, pepper and garlic

Cook your tofu on medium to high heat a few minutes on each side until browned.
