So I woke up this morning craving something sweet and I made this amazing, indulgent but healthy ice cream!
Just three simple ingredients:
- Frozen bananas
- Peanut butter
- Maple syrup
So cut up two ripe bananas, put them in a ziplock bag and freeze over night.
Put your bananas in a blender with a huge spoon full of peanut butter (I used crunchy peanut butter) and a tablespoon of maple syrup. (You may have to add some almond milk to soften the ice cream depending on your blender)
Boom. Healthy, creamy and delicious dessert for breakfast! 😉
